J.Crew will begin to use ePath Learning ASAP+ to develop and deliver application training on their order entry system for their associates. They envision using the platform this year to deliver blended learning to their call center agents, specifically focused on training on product information as it relates to order placement. Their plans include developing brief modules providing remedial training on things like wardrobing a customer, seasonal updates and new processes such as monogramming and career pathing.
