I'm writing to let you know how pleased I am with your staff at ePath Learning.  I am new with Purolator USA, and new to ePath.  Purolator has had ePath for over a year, however, since I was hired to handle all training, we have just started to use the system in full force.  I am responsible for showcasing the system and having all training funneled through ePath. 

Purolator University's premier was a week ago, and being new to Purolator and new to ePath, it was quite a challenge for me to get this off the ground smoothly.  The first presentation was to the Executive Leadership Team (the President of our company, and his direct reports), and the second was to all other employees in the company.  Everyone I called on at ePath gave 150% when it came to service.  I've called on Carol, Ethan, Steve Morse, and they all couldn't do enough to help.  In particular, I would like to acknowledge Steve Pretak.  He has worked quite extensively with me, and has truly gone above and beyond to ensure the success of this venture, and I might add always with a pleasant attitude. 

I am quite impressed with the quality of service I've received from your staff and just wanted to let you know.
