400% Revenue Growth over 5 Years

NEW LONDON, CONNECTICUT, October 07, 2005 – ePath Learning, a leading provider of web-based, enterprise learning systems and services, has been named in Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 program for Connecticut, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2000–2004.

ePath Learning's increase in revenues of 400% from 2000 to 2004 resulted in a number 11 ranking in the Technology Fast 50 for Connecticut. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Technology Fast 50 for this region was 36% percent.

To qualify for the Connecticut Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2000 and $1,000,000 in 2004, be headquartered in Connecticut, and be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.

ePath Learning is a single-source provider of Internet-based systems and professional services for enterprise training. The company has developed a leading, learning management technology that combines the features of a Learning Management System and a Learning Content Management System into an integrated, browser-based, easy to use, online service. Organizations can now collaboratively author eLearning courses, tests and surveys, while they seamlessly deliver and manage all their learning content – be it on-line, off-line or blended training.

“Deloitte’s Connecticut Technology Fast 50 companies have shown the strength, vision and creativity to succeed in today’s very competitive technology environment,” said Alex Discepolo, a director at Deloitte Tax LLP and chairperson of the Connecticut Technology Fast 50. “Sustaining high revenue growth over five years is an exceptional accomplishment. We commend ePath Learning for making the commitment to technology and delivering on the promise of market longevity. We are proud to honor ePath Learning as a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winner."

“It is an honor for ePath Learning to be named the eleventh in Deloitte's Connecticut Fast 50 in our first year of eligibility,” said Dudley Molina, President, ePath Learning. “When one considers that last year ePath Learning was recognized as a Deloitte Rising Star, we see momentum that reflects the value our products bring to our customers.”
