Dudley Molina - Founder, President & CEO

Dudley Molina, Founder and President of ePath Learning, Inc., brings more than 20 years of information technology experience and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of ePath Learning operations. Previously he held the position of Vice President at Interactive Media Corp, one of the nation’s largest developers of custom, interactive multimedia training solutions with over 300 fulltime employees. He was instrumental in the formation of Interactive Media Corp in 1997, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Analysis & Technology, Inc. (now Anteon Corp), a Navy defense contractor. Chartered with diversifying his customer base to the commercial market, Mr. Molina successfully added Bell Atlantic, Royal Bank of Canada, United Technologies, Gartner Group Learning, Lucent, AT&T, Mass Mutual and others to his client roster. He has been active in the technology-based training business since 1993 and in information technology since 1980. Mr. Molina has also served on the Advisory Board for the Center for Arts & Technology at Connecticut College since 1998. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.

Chuck Hellings - Executive VP, Sales & Marketing

Chuck Hellings joined ePath Learning in June of 2000 and is the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, for the company. In this role he is responsible for the direct and Value Added Sales channels, all aspects of client relationship and revenue management, as well as the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy. Mr. Hellings’ leadership background includes over 18 years of experience in multiple sales, sales operations and marketing positions within the telecommunications industry, specifically ITT and MCI. Mr. Hellings was one of the initial investors in ePath Learning and is currently a board member and the company’s Secretary.

Mr. Hellings’ leadership positions at MCI included Vice President of Implementation, Regional Director of MCI Local Services and Branch Director, New Jersey. Leveraging his entrepreneurial skills, he was responsible for the opening and staffing of MCI’s four sales offices in North and Central New Jersey in the late 1980’s and leading MCI’s entry into the Competitive Local Exchange marketplace with the passage of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Through both of these emerging market periods he successfully demonstrated the ability to create a unique team of motivated sales professionals that define and enhance the brand while growing revenue through personalized client relationships. Mr. Hellings also served as the President of the MCI New Jersey PAC, working to promote a competitive telecommunication landscape through political reform. He is a graduate of Rutgers College with a BA in Economics and currently serves on the Rutgers Undergraduate Education Advisory Council.

Steve Morse - Director, Client Services

Steve Morse leads ePath Learning’s Client Services team. Steve is focused on all the client-centric, after-sales training and service. In addition to customer training, Steve's team can aid in implementation plans and marketing for your corporate university as well as enhancements to the university. Such enhancements include learner upload services, ad-hoc and custom report development, course copying and restoration, learner data, API related services. His team also provides all ongoing client-centric customer service/support associated with the use of ePath Learning’s online services. Prior to taking over Client Services, Steve led the Pro Services group for over 6 years.

Mr. Morse has over 15 years of technical, educational and training experience spanning multiple communications mediums. Prior to joining ePath he was a Project Manager at Interactive Media Corporation where his client list included AT&T, Lucent, The Royal Bank of Canada, and Prudential Insurance among others. He holds a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and earned an MBA from the University of New Haven. In addition, Mr. Morse earned a Masters of Science degree in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University.

Carol Wojtkun, Director, Pro Services

Ms. Wojtkun leads ePath Learning's Pro Services team, providing clients with professional learning services ranging from defining key competencies and skill gap analysis, through the development of custom online courses, to measuring overall learning effectiveness.

In her role as Director of Pro Services, she manages the development of web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), performance support systems (PPS), as well as blended solutions (e.g., a combination of technology-based training, leader-led, electronic performance support, structured on-job training, videotape, coaching). Her experience spans over 25 years with proven success as a project manager/program manager for Interactive Media Corporation and most recently Pearson. Her work includes both government and commercial projects with clients that include the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, NYNEX and MassMutual.

Donna Lord - Director, Strategic Enlightenment

Donna Lord has spent more than 20 years helping companies from Fortune 500 to family-run businesses effectively market their products and services and expand their brand presence.  As the Director of Strategic Enlightenment for ePath Learning she is the driving force behind building brand awareness, market expansion, increasing market share, developing and managing partnerships, and keeping the pulse on business intelligence.

Prior to ePath Learning, Ms. Lord’s experience encompassed both the client-side and agency-side for business and consumer markets.  Donna is particularly experienced in the areas of hardware and software technology products.  Her technical acumen is unique in the marketing profession and a clear strength in her current role.  Donna specializes in the design and execution of multi-faceted marketing strategies that tie directly to the business goals.  She holds a BS in Management from Bryant University, and an MBA, Cum Laude, from Regis University.  Donna is also very active in the community where she participates in several not-for-profit organizations including animal rescue and welfare groups.

Scott Danforth, Ph.D. - Director, Technology

With more than 26 years of professional experience that includes software engineering, technical writing, customer support and training experience, Dr. Danforth holds the position of Director of Technology at ePath Learning. In this role, Dr. Danforth is responsible for all technical activities of the company including the planning, engineering and delivery of the company’s technical infrastructure and technical customer support.

Prior to joining ePath Learning in 2003, Dr. Danforth was a principal engineer at Acero, Inc./Secant Technologies. He also worked for IBM as a Senior Development Software Engineer where he was the lead kernal designer for the IBM System Object Model (SOM). Dr. Danforth represented IBM at the OMG working group that produced the CORBA C++ mapping specification. He is a co-author of two books: Putting Metaclasses to Work and Objects for OS/2. Dr. Danforth earned a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of North Carolina.
