Project Kick-off
Early in the project we typically conduct kickoff meetings with key stakeholders, with the project team, and with the people we will interview. While ePath Learning will do the heavy lifting and design the interview questions, we require that a company team member participate in the interview process. This collaboration will ensure that the company maintains close ties to the source information and will provide ePath Learning an appropriate corporate perspective on the interview information.
The data gathering stage
The data gathering will be conducted by interviewing personnel in the company’s business units. This effort will occur over a two to three-week period, including interviewing staff and observing operations/classes, and reviewing current training documents.
The analysis evaluates the collected data, examines present training approaches, including what is working and what should be improved, and draws conclusions about the training necessary to support the business objectives and employee development. These conclusions are then documented in the Training Strategy.
