NOTICE: Our sites’ registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). For some organizations, our site stores information pertaining to the users’ progress in employer training programs for the purposes of providing this information to the users’ employers. Contact information from the user registration forms is used when necessary for account management, technical support and marketing reasons related to you or your organization’s use of our products and services.

We use cookies to save your login ID so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browsers from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Each time you log in, a cookie is sent to your browser so that we can keep your user profile from page to page in our site without having to pass your email address and password along with each request. We save this cookie with an internal ID that represents your user account along with each request you make. This information is saved for your company’s own auditing purposes and so that ePath Learning can monitor the ease of use of our site. This information is not used for any marketing purposes. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web sites. Your IP address is not associated with your contact information for any purpose.

CHOICE: ePath Learning offers you the opportunity to choose (opt out) whether your personal information is shared with a third party or used for a purpose other than that for which the information was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you.

For sensitive information, ePath Learning will give you an affirmative or explicit (opt in) choice if the information is to be disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose other than those for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you.

ePath Learning will tell customers initially and at least once annually, how they may remove their names from marketing lists. Also, a customer may contact us at any time to remove their name from such lists.

ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFER: Generally, ePath Learning will NOT disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we are required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, ePath Learning is potentially liable.

If you provide us your permission, ePath Learning may disclose your personal information to business partners for marketing purposes, but this is specifically described to you prior to data collection. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

We will NOT share the information provided on the end user registration forms. We will not contact end users for marketing purposes. During your initial trial period ePath Learning may contact administrative users for sales and support purposes; however, we will not share your contact information without your permission.

SECURITY: ePath Learning will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Your account information is password-protected so that only you and others in your organization that have been granted the proper level of authority have access to this personal information. You may edit your account information by using your ID and password.

We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. ePath Learning will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to log out and close your browser window when you have finished. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or internet cafe.

ePath Learning takes steps to ensure your account information is handled securely. Our system is enabled with SSL, which encrypts data between your browser and our web servers. While this is not 100% guaranteed security, it is the best technology available today to prevent others from easily seeing your information before it gets to us. Also, we have diligently secured our systems with encryption and other forms of security when it does get to us.

www.ePathLearning.com and www.ePathCampus.com contain links to other sites. ePath Learning is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. ePath Learning sites make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

DATA INTEGRITY AND PURPOSE LIMITATION: ePath Learning will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. ePath Learning will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

ACCESS: ePath Learning will provide individuals with reasonable access to personal information about them, and they may correct or amend their personal information if it is incorrect or incomplete.

ePath Learning gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided: 1) Administrators may update their information if they have appropriate permission to do so. 2) End users without appropriate account management privileges may have their information updated by an authorized representative in their organization (for example, an administrator with appropriate management privileges), and in most cases, may change their own password.

RECOURSE, ENFORCEMENT AND LIABILITY: ePath Learning will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this policy. Any employee that ePath Learning determines is in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
